LeAnn Cyr: Innovator, Entrepreneur, and Education Champion
LeAnn Cyr, an Asian American innovator, entrepreneur, former Fortune 500 talent scout, education champion, and philanthropist, exemplifies the possibility that great leaders can emerge from humble beginnings. Her formidable journey to success was not paved with advantages but shaped by overcoming disadvantages. A self-made success, LeAnn learned early in life that to escape her constraints, she needed to forge her own path—a lesson that has been a driving force behind her remarkable achievements.
Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Education, LeAnn's previous accomplishments include obtaining a Master of Education in Counseling and Development from George Mason University, where she graduated with honors and a 4.0 GPA. She also completed a Graduate Assistantship at Georgetown University, working with students in the Cawley Career Education Center. These achievements laid the foundation for her impactful career and marked the first step in her lifelong commitment to bridging education with practical application.
LeAnn began her professional journey as a University Career Counselor, helping college students build skills and strategies for lifelong success. Her innate ability to develop talent eventually led her from the classroom to the boardroom, where she became a talent scout for Fortune 500 corporations. LeAnn's work in finding and guiding some of the nation's top talent sparked her interest in entrepreneurship. With her visionary mindset, she entered the business sector and successfully built multiple 8-figure enterprises, including SASpine and CYRx MD.
Throughout her accomplishments, LeAnn's determination to help others succeed remained strong. In 2020, she returned to her educational roots and founded Le Cyr Consulting, an educational development firm. She created the innovative private-sector curriculum CollegeToCareer.Org, a comprehensive five-year program that guides students from their freshman year of high school to college and beyond, leading them into successful careers or entrepreneurship. This program leverages LeAnn's insights from the education and corporate worlds.
Through initiatives like the CollegeToCareer program and her work in the public sector developing CCR/CCMR and STEM programs for ISDs under Le Cyr Learning, LeAnn aims to democratize education and help students lead lives marked by success, not just survival. As a champion of education, she firmly believes that every student, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to chase their dreams.

Alexa Cyr: Consultant
Alexa Cyr graduated from The Woodlands Christian Academy in 2020 and is now a senior at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is majoring in political science with a minor in philosophy and plans to attend law school in the fall of 2024. She actively participates in the Daily Bruin, UCLA‘s collegiate newspaper, and serves as President of Legal Underground at UCLA, the largest pre-law society on campus. Alexa co-founded Le Cyr Consulting and helped develop the curriculum for pre-college students. She has served as a consultant for the last three years. We are so excited to have her on our team.
